Yes, it would be easier w/o the switch to the !C K, but but but ...   I still had the problem of what to play when in with the !C Q. It's an interesting problem of the sort we often have at the table. Is there really enough evidence to get it right?

Take your pick:

Because I wasn't thinking
Because I am stupid

I gave a trick and gave partner a further losing option.

I was once playing against a husband and wife, the husband was one of those who after each hand explains to his wife what her errors were (and I have seen it go the other way as well). Anyway the exasperated wife finally said "I'll kill myself tomorrow, for now can we go on to the next hand".

I am sure that my comment came across mean and arrogant.  It was not my intent.  Jack, I respect your game more than most in IAC.  I was seriously asking about your thought process in making the switch.  You are too thoughtful a player not to have something in mind.  I may disagree with your analysis or plan of action, but I still thought it worth hearing a recreation of the moment.  I learn from these moments, whether I am recreating my own moments, or listening or reading about someone else's.

I am sorry if my quick jotting down of a question, led to anything other than using this hand as a learning experience.
